Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 5 days from the date of delivery. If 5 days have passed since your received, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

  • We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
    • The refund may or may not include various shipping and transactional charges based upon the error.
    • We may also decide the refund amount (partial or complete) based upon individual case-to-case considerations.
    • You don’t have an automatic right to get your money back if you just change your mind about something you’ve bought and there’s nothing wrong with it.
  • Upon approval of your refund, we will initiate the refund within two business days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

  • Return will not be processed if:
    • It is determined that the product was damaged while in your possession.
    • The product is different from what was shipped to you.
    • The product is not returned in original condition (Soldered/Burnt products or products that don’t have their original packaging/bill won’t qualify for exchange or refund).

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refund

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
– Any item that is returned more than 5 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Sale Items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged(during shipping) please take the photo if package is tempered or damage at the time of receiving goods . Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: M/S Rytronics Enterprises, C703 Trident Embassy, Plot GH-05B, Greater noida west Sector, 201306 (UP).

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more items value more then Rs 2000, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Order Cancellation Policy:

if you want to cancel the order please reach out to us over mail or whatsapp.

  1. if order is already shipped and Customer requested cancellation then Shipping charges whatever cost us will be deducted from total amount.
  2. If Order is not shipped while cancellation requested then only 2% of Payment GW charges will be deducted from Total amount.
